Who would have thought that chick lit would have become as popular as it is today? Not only are many of them bestsellers, they’ve spawned TV-series, movies, fashion trends and developed cult-followings (Not convinced? Think Sex and the City, Bridget Jones’ Diary, The Devil Wears Prada and the Shoppaholic Series).

The Chick Lit phenomenon has galvanized women and solidified the sisterhood: we laugh together, cry together, binge together and fall in love together. Chick Lit’s leading women inspire us, just as much as we inspire them.
